【Abstract】Azoospermia and asthenospermia are the important causes of male infertility. However， there are many risk factors relevant to azoospermia and asthenospermia， and the pathogenesis is not clear. Western medicine treatment of this disease is still lack of effective drugs. In recent years， scholars achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect by using the treatment of Chinese medicine on azoospermia and asthenospermia. TCM treatment of this disease for nearly five years reviewed in this paper aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment and further research of this disease.
